Stichting AVCEP presenteert 8 oktober Los Van Woorden # 9 met de Bohman Brothers en Richard Crow.

Adam en Jonathan Bohman aka the Bohman Brothers improviseren hun geluidskunst sinds midden jaren 90.
Zij maken bij concerten gebruik van gevonden voorwerpen, teksten en een groot arsenaal aan zeer diverse geluidsbronnen.
Hun set-ups doen nog het meest denken aan licht geordende rommelmarkten waar zij, in de geest van Fluxus, Musique Concrète en klankpoëzie, hun geluidscollages samenstellen met alles wat er voor handen is.
Ben Watson schreef in de Wire: "It's hard to describe the raw, explosive audio art they perpetrate. Everyday objects and sounds are worked until they become saturated with lurid suggestion, resulting in a bizarre, hysterical immediacy. The convulsive beauty bears comparison to both composers Helmut Lachemann and James Dillon and to sound terrorisers Bark! and Furt. Nevertheless, in the tradition of the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band, the Bohman Brothers kitchen-sink realism laughs at the grand claims of lofty art.

Adam Bohman speelt ook in Morphogenesis en The London Improvisors Orchestra.
Richard Crow studeerde electro-akoestische en experimentele muziek in London aan het City Literary Institute.
Hij heeft een geduchte reputatie opgebouwd als (beeldend)kunstenaar/curator in zijn eigen huis, het Institute Of Rot.
Tijd is zijn belangrijkste werkmateriaal, het vindt zijn vorm in performances, videowerken en 'installaties in ontwikkeling'.
Dezelfde Ben Watson schreef in Hi-Fi News & Record Review: "Richard Crow's Institution Of Rot is one of London's 'secret places' located by agents of the London Music Collective, a coven of musical psycho-geographers dedicated to excavating the hidden dreams of the city, shamanizing the glittering interiority behind the drabness of modern life. An intriguing intersection between terminally obscure avant-gardism and fashionable posturing."
